This Osoyoos, BC wedding was a scorcher! Darby and her bridesmaids were stunning and the 37 degree day ensured the sunscreen was always applied. The Okanagan Valley is no stranger to some warm weather.

The journey from Kelowna to Osoyoos is packed full of beautiful lakes, mountains, and fruit stands. As a wedding photographer I am happy to travel to capture the love, but it helps if the scenery is amazing along the way.

The wedding ceremony took place at the unmissable Adega Winery, with a perfect lake backdrop and a harpist to accompany the walk down the aisle! The girls wore gorgeous rose gold sequin dresses with bouquets adorned with blush and red roses and seeded eucalyptus – perfection! After the ceremony we found a nice shaded place among the apple trees to take some wedding party photos.  The film loved all the natural light it was getting and offered up some great pictures.

The reception took place at the Osoyoos Golf Club, which has a great atmosphere and amazing food! It is one of my favorite perks of the job – the cuisine and the radiant love of the newly weds.
