This real couple Emily & Carter stole the show with the love they had for one another and were the perfect match for this floral “Summer Blues” inspired shoot. The two-piece wedding dress was made locally here in Kelowna BC by the talented Lisa from Lillian Wild and the soft blue tones of tulle paired perfectly with the whimsical pink bouquet that was made by an immensely artistic florist from Ivy May Floral. This soft romantic bridal look was seamlessly brought together by the makeup artist Kathryn Ramsay who has perfectly mastered that “bridal glow” that everyone wants on their wedding day.

White is an achromatic color, meaning a color without hue, but there is nothing lacking when it came to this wedding inspirational shoot.
With styling by White Event Studio, this beautifully simplistic & romantic shoot had a cloud-like feel and it gave the whole environment a poetic vibe. It featured a beautiful soft blush tulle gown by Cinobi and florals by one of my personal favorite vendors from Vancouver: Celsia Floral.
The table setting was adorned with crystals, vintage silver cutlery, and mother of pearl charger plates. With layers upon layers of soft muted tonal white and blush, it was a modern take on a romantic colour pallet.

Spring Wedding Bouquet
Their are so many details that can occupy the space in the reception hall; everything that represents your tastes and personality. Flowers can play a small role in your wedding or they can play a huge one. They can be understated or they can be all encompassing. I for one love, love, love (LOVE) flowers and incorporate them into my every day life as much as possible. Keep in mind that when it comes to weddings, flowers can often break the bank, but if you’re crafty you can have the bouquet of your matrimonial dreams. This is just a little motivation to get you adding your own personal touch to your wedding.
