Kaitlin & Tyler | Kelowna BC | Fine Art Film Engagement Photographer

Kaitlin and Tyler met us at a secret location in Kelowna; a park with sprawling trees and a turtle filled pond. It’s a great little location with a variety of beautiful photo spots. It’s also a great place to bring a dog, when couples want to include their furry family members in their photos. Kaitlin and Tyler’s dog Zeppelin was looking dapper and freshly groomed for this engagement shoot. This amazing couple is also planning to let Zeppelin made an appearance in the wedding party photos on the big day.

We would later move to another location beside an apple orchard for a little Okanagan flair. While taking pictures a charismatic farmer showed up on a tractor, blasting music from ...

Kailey & Cole | Hotel Eldorado & Quails Gate Winery | Kelowna BC | Fine Art Film Wedding Photographer

Kailey and Cole were an absolute joy to photograph on their wedding. When we first met to do their engagement photo shoot it was obvious these two love birds were made for each other.

The couple chose to do a first look on the board walk outside the Hotel Eldorado, where the ceremony took place. It’s a beautiful location that is a personal favorite of mine. The roof top is picturesque, the reception room is grand, and the building has many secret places to sneak off to, to grab some intimate shots with the bride and groom, away from prying eyes.

Kailey was flawless in her Stella York dress, which was not traditional white, but had a soft pink tone ...

Darby & Dan | Adega Winery & Osoyoos Golf Club | Osoyoos BC | Wedding Photographer

This Osoyoos, BC wedding was a scorcher! Darby and her bridesmaids were stunning and the 37 degree day ensured the sunscreen was always applied. The Okanagan Valley is no stranger to some warm weather.

The journey from Kelowna to Osoyoos is packed full of beautiful lakes, mountains, and fruit stands. As a wedding photographer I am happy to travel to capture the love, but it helps if the scenery is amazing along the way.

The wedding ceremony took place at the unmissable Adega Winery, with a perfect lake backdrop and a harpist to accompany the walk down the aisle! The girls wore gorgeous rose gold sequin dresses with bouquets adorned with blush and red roses and seeded eucalyptus – perfection! ...

Meagan & Brian | Forest | Kelowna BC | Maternity Photographer

As an Okanagan based maternity photographer I knew when I saw this perfect little heart shaped carving in a near by tree that I absolutely had to have it in this photo shoot.

This is a mix of film and digital photos for a shoot with a real growing family in a light filled stunning forest. The floral maxi dress is from Pink Blush Maternity. Meagan & Brian had me photograph their engagement shoot, their wedding and now their latest development in their love story; their maternity session as they begin to welcome the latest addition of the family into the world baby “W”. I couldn’t be happier to have the opportunity to follow this beautiful family in the milestones ...

Achromatic White & Crystal Wedding

Achromatic White & Crystal Wedding | Penticton BC | Fine Art Film Wedding Photographer

White is an achromatic color, meaning a color without hue, but there is nothing lacking when it came to this wedding inspirational shoot.

With styling by White Event Studio, this beautifully simplistic & romantic shoot had a cloud-like feel and it gave the whole environment a poetic vibe. It featured a beautiful soft blush tulle gown by Cinobi and florals by one of my personal favorite vendors from Vancouver: Celsia Floral.

The table setting was adorned with crystals, vintage silver cutlery, and mother of pearl charger plates. With layers upon layers of soft muted tonal white and blush, it was a modern take on a romantic colour pallet.

Armloads of baby’s breath were brought in and arranged over the existing ...
