Mimi, my bride-to-be, had a very particular vision in mind for her photo shoot and my regular 1 hr engagement session wasn’t going to cut it. After discussing with Mimi her ideal Okanagan engagement photography session I set out to find the perfect props & settings. I managed to sorce out a vintage row boat in Lake Country, a horse and a Kelowna vineyard where I was able to take an aerial shot of the Okanagan vines, the lake and to top it all off – those picturesque¬†mountains. Since I only take on one shoot per day I have the flexibility to make a photo session longer or shorter if the need arises.

Jenn & John | God’s Mountain Estate & Family Orchard | Penticton & Summerland BC | Engagement Photography

This beautiful Okanagan orchard engagement session truly started the year off right! This fun couple came all the way up from Vancouver just to have their engagement photos taken and boy was it worth it! Jenn & John were my first couple to have photos taken up at the breathtaking God’s Mountain Estate in Penticton BC. We were super lucky with our timing because we were one of the few people who caught the brilliance of the “wisteria wall” and the blossoms in the orchard were also in full bloom! Ryan & Beck | Vernon BC | Engagement Photography

Ryan & Jessica – also know as Ryan & Beck are one of those couples that you know should be together forever. A little shy at first but it didn’t take long for the two of them to warm up to the idea of me being in there faces for over an hour.

We started in the quaint little park where Ryan proposed to Jessica, and then headed up to Silverstar for a winter wonderland look. Little did we know that just the next day the Okanagan would get a huge dump of snow.
