Baby Bram | Studio | Kelowna BC | Newborn Photographer

This little guy is my friend’s 2nd child and I was so excited to photograph the cutie pie in my new studio! He was a perfect little sleeper and he even let us go full commando!

I picked up this adorable handmade little lion bonnet just for this studio session and I am glad that I did. May this beautiful little baby be brave in all things in life!

I also love my little newspaper print wrap because it’s so neutral and will go with anything – plus it’s super cute “read all about it!”

At the end of the session if Mama and Papa are feeling up for it I always try to snag a few photos in a ...

Vernon wedding bride with veil

Meagan & Brian | Historic O’Keefe Ranch | Vernon BC | Wedding Photographer

I always get super excited when I get an inquiry for a September wedding because that’s the month that I married the love of my life (and best friend) Jake. So when Meagan & Brian told me that they were getting married at the Historic O’Keefe Ranch in Vernon in September I intently knew that this wedding was going to be a photographer’s dream.

O’Keefe Ranch is an awesome wedding venue that lends itself to a variety of shooting locations, with an overall rustic appeal. The little white church is as charming as it is old.

The girls got ready at The Castle at Swan Lake. Their room had a gorgeous loft that gifted us with tons of natural light. ...

Summerhill Pyramid Winery Kelowna BC wedding

Kelly & Brian | Summerhill Winery | Kelowna BC | Elopement Wedding Photographer

I’m so honored that Kelly and Brian chose me to capture this quaint Okanagan elopement at the Summerhill Winery in Kelowna BC. This was the first elopement that I have been lucky enough to photograph, and I must say it was amazing. Those of you that know me are aware that I love all of the details, tablescapes, and floral arrangements of a typical wedding. I love families coming together to celebrate all the wonderful couples I photograph, the dancing, the music, all of it. As special as those big days can be, it’s refreshing to be a part of something…simpler. When you boil it down, all you really need is your partner, your marriage license, and your two closest ...

Pam & Jeff | Cedar Creek Winery | Kelowna BC | Engagement Photographer

I love being an Okanagan Photographer because it allows me to do these super romantic picnic engagement sessions at places like Cedar Creek Winery, with wonderful couples like Pam and Jeff.

Pam & Jeff had a sweet and intimate picnic among the vines for their Summer engagement session, including  a 2014 bottle of Cedar Creek Estate Winery Gewurztraminer and a loaf of locally baked French Bread. Accompanied by their adorable Jack Russel Terrier named Piper, Pam and Jeff wanted to capture a piece of the Okanagan for their engagement before they traveled to Newfoundland for their wedding.

We could see some heavy clouds slowly inching across the lake as the shoot went on, but it allowed for some perfect golden ...

Jenn & John | God’s Mountain Estate & Family Orchard | Penticton & Summerland BC | Engagement Photography

This beautiful Okanagan orchard engagement session truly started the year off right! This fun couple came all the way up from Vancouver just to have their engagement photos taken and boy was it worth it! Jenn & John were my first couple to have photos taken up at the breathtaking God’s Mountain Estate in Penticton BC. We were super lucky with our timing because we were one of the few people who caught the brilliance of the “wisteria wall” and the blossoms in the orchard were also in full bloom! Everything from the romeo & julliet balcony to the sun peaking through the trees in the orchard, this engagement was one of the more romantic photo shoots I have done ...
